Session 1: PwC Presents Game of Engagement

Has your company created an employee experience that helps drive higher performance?

There’s still time to join us for a fun and interactive game where you will learn how the best organizations have evolved their engagement survey to create a truly distinctive work environment. Network and team with others to identify work experience elements (e.g. opportunities for career development) that support their organization’s mission, while reacting to, and navigating, common workplace events (e.g. turnover).

The goal is to provide a unique and interactive way for you to rethink your company’s approach to engagement, while creating actionable next steps.

By the end of the game, participants are able to:

• Suggest potential changes and updates to your annual engagement questionnaire
• Determine potential focus areas for action planning
• Identify critical work experiences that may be missing at your organization
