Speaker: Reina Fleury, MBA, SPHR, Associate Chief HR Officer at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania

About Reina Fleury, MBA SPHR: Reina has 20 years of Human Resources experience and is currently the Associate Chief Human Resources Officer at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) in Philadelphia.  Prior to moving into her current role, Reina worked for the American Red Cross for 14.5 years. Her background includes working in the entertainment industry, non-profit arena and healthcare.

Reina has also taught several college courses including HR Management and Business Ethics. She has developed and facilitated courses on people management, diversity and inclusion and working in a matrix environment.  Her expertise is in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement Change and Culture Management, Talent Acquisition and Management.

Reina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics with an emphasis in Human Resources and a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Leadership.
