Philadelphia SHRM’s “Meet the Members” Happy Hour took place on Thursday, October 10th, at the elegant Franklin Residences in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia. Attendees enjoyed an evening filled with food, drinks, and networking opportunities. With a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of conversation, the event brought together HR professionals from across the Philadelphia region.

For many attendees, Happy Hour was more than a networking event. It was a reunion of sorts for participants in Philly SHRM’s Members Connect program, launched earlier this summer. The Members Connect initiative was created to foster deeper connections among Philly SHRM members, providing opportunities for small cohorts of HR professionals to challenge themselves to continue the connections and conversations. For those who took part, Happy Hour was a chance to reconnect with their cohorts and continue building professional relationships.

The atmosphere at the Franklin Residences was warm and inviting, making it an ideal setting for both familiar faces and new connections. The success of the Happy Hour reaffirmed Philly SHRM’s commitment to creating spaces where HR professionals can engage, share knowledge, and support each other’s growth.

Cheers to many more events that bring together HR professionals for connection, growth, and fun!
