The Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Award was developed in 2001 to celebrate the Human Resources industry and to recognize those in the HR profession who exemplify outstanding achievement within our local human resources community. Help us celebrate by attending the event that honors HR professionals and gives back to the Delaware Valley community.
The 2017 Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Award Committee seeks candidates who represent “the best” in the human resource management profession. This highly prestigious award recognizes creative approaches and consistent high performance that benefits an organization. We share the belief that human resource professionals play a critical role in determining the strategic direction of organizations.
Awards are given in the following categories:
- HR Person of the Year (small, medium & large organizations)
- HR Consultant of the Year
- HR Rising Star of the Year
This is a night where the HR community comes together to celebrate the profession, honor outstanding achievements and, let’s not forget, have a GREAT time! The evening starts with a cocktail reception, silent auction bidding and raffles. Then it’s followed by a 3-course seated dinner with our awards program where our HR Person of the Year Award Winners will be announced live!
