Be the Change You Wish to See: How to leverage your influence and change management to make the impact your organization needs
As the workforce and workplace continue to evolve, employees are looking to HR to be true advocates for their well-being. That advocacy can require HR and business leaders to push for change with executive leadership and gain buy-in for new and innovative approaches to work. HR and business leaders are in a unique position to significantly impact organizations and the experiences of employees. Unfortunately, it may not always feel that way, especially if you’re an emerging leader. Our guest speaker, Jameel Rush Director of Inclusion at Google, will walk us through how we can influence across the business and show the value add you can bring to the table. He’ll pull in fundamental change management practices into the approach so that you can ignite the change you wish to see in your organization.
