Alison DiFlorio

Alison DiFlorio, PHR, is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner. She co-founded the division in 2006 after more than 20 years in HR and training/development roles in the corporate sector. Her group provides expertise in the areas of training and development/management coaching, HR compliance and process and on-site HR consulting/placement. Alison’s work is based on the belief that an organization’s greatest resource is its human resource.

Exude’s HR Consulting Division supports the HR efforts of both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Exude’s consultants range from PHR to PhD and provide both on site and project support. Whether a handbook revision, compensation study or on-site interim to permanent HR support, you will receive the right level of expertise and experience for the time you need it! Exude consultants are ready to jump in to help you and your business be successful.

Alison is a graduate of The George Washington University where she earned a BA in International Studies. Elaina Van Kirk

Elaina Van Kirk brings over 12 years of experience to the Exude Human Capital team. As a HR transformation expert, Elaina leverages her wide range of HR and business knowledge to drive measurable results through HR optimization, change management, risk mitigation, talent management and the employee experience.

Elaina has spent years identifying opportunities for HR transformation, designing strategic HR plans to support business goals, and developing talent enablement processes as a Human Capital consultant. She also has experience conducting full scale organizational assessments, leading mid-sized HR teams, creating, and delivering training to management, and developing performance and compensation programs.

In 2022, Elaina took on the role of Principal at Exude, leading the product development in coordination with sales strategy. One of Elaina’s strengths is building tools and models that support her thoughtful approach to work. As Principal, Elaina sets the standard for both process and client deliverables across all consulting engagements for clients.

Elaina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
