Quarterly Workshop

Hear from a Gallup and Fortune, Great Place to Work award winning organization as they share actionable tactics leaders can implement in their own organization to increase organizational efficiencies, individual productivity, employee engagement and employee retention. You will understand why having a proven ‘culture by design’ truly means the difference between strategic focus and investing for the future vs. unplanned chaos during times of crisis. You will hear how this organization leaned on their communication strategies and core values even more than before the pandemic to continue and even bolster employee engagement with a now, fully remote workforce. Ultimately, what you stand to gain by attending this session is understanding how to build a great place to work with engaged and motivated employees, even in times of crisis.
