Bio

Leanne Lane Coyle defends employers of various sizes in federal and state court litigation involving all major employment statutes. She also applies her litigation experience when she advises employers on proactive compliance and preventive strategies and routinely conducts wage and hour and pay practices audits; creates employee manuals; and drafts executive severance agreements, among other services. Admitted in NJ, NY and PA, Leanne has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including hospitality, healthcare, energy extraction services, municipalities, health information technology, and public transit. Outside of work, Leanne lives in South Philadelphia with her husband and two young boys and enjoys exploring the city’s vibrant restaurant and craft brewery scenes. She also volunteers with the Breathing Room Foundation, a local organization that helps families impacted by cancer in the Greater Philadelphia region.
