D&I Outside the Box
Join Philly SHRM’s Emerging Leaders for an interactive panel discussion, “D&I Outside the Box”. Our fantastic panelists of D&I professionals from Comcast, Campbells, and Princeton University will share how D&I at their organization is making a unique impact. As we’ve come to learn there’s more to a robust diversity and inclusion program than talent management and employee engagement. Our panelists will also share their unique journeys on how they broke into the D&I field. This will be a great opportunity for any individual who may have an interest in D&I to learn more about what true holistic D&I programs look like at larger organizations and how they can break into this specialized area, whether they may be a career transitioner, early in their HR career, or about to graduate from college.
