Celebrate College Comebackers!
Join Graduate! Philadelphia on Monday, September 19th to hear some inspiring stories from their Combacker’s – those are adults in our region who have some college credit and are going back to school to complete their degree. You will hear about what it takes to finally achieve your goal of getting a college diploma.
The event will honor Otis Hackney, the Mayor’s Chief Education Officer, with our Distinguished Comebacker Award and recognizing his path to degree completion. Bill Marrazzo, President of WHYY, will receive our Champion of Education Award for the role WHYY plays in educating students of all ages. Don’t miss this incredible celebration!
