The Speaker Series will consist of a set of sessions that will consist of an informative presentation and the opportunity to network with a large group of career oriented professionals.
Session 3: Legal Event – Mock Trial
With the help of a group of attorneys from Jackson Lewis and local HR professionals, we are going to see what it really looks and feels like to “be on trial” in an employment discrimination lawsuit. This fun and interactive program will give participants an opportunity to witness the ups and downs of going to court. For most, the prospect of going to trial can be overwhelming enough to twist parties into settlement before opening statements…but see how it looks for those few that actually go forward.
