Micro Learning Webcast

Change management is a concept that is incorporated into most major initiatives.  But what does it really mean?   Many organizations equate change management with good communication.  The key to good change management, however, is buy-in, or the willingness of people to accept the change.  In this webinar, we will look at how the HR professional can support change effectively through a change management model that can be applied at all levels of the organization, for all types of initiatives, and even personally!

Meet our Speaker:

Lorraine McCamley is an executive coach and consultant, and the owner of Boldly Quiet Consulting, where her focus is on helping people and organizations transform change into opportunity.  Prior to launching Boldly Quiet, Lorraine spent over twenty years as a leader in financial services companies of various sizes and stages of maturity.  Her business roles were generally “connector” roles, where her communication and collaboration as a leader were critical components of achieving her performance objectives.

Lorraine holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, with dual certifications in Organizational Coaching and Leading and Managing Change.  She is the author of “Boldly Quiet:  The Introvert’s Guide to Developing the Mindset of a Successful Leader” and is co-founder of the Macrobiotic Global Institute, a non-profit dedicated to restoring personal and planetary health.  Lorraine lives in Skippack, PA with her husband, 2 cats, sometimes a foreign exchange student, and, not frequently enough, her son who goes to university in The Netherlands!
