Bobbi Britton Tucker
Bobbi Britton Tucker devotes her practice to representing employers in a wide variety of employment and labor-related matters, and defending employers in federal and state courts, arbitration, and before federal and state administrative agencies. Bobbi also regularly counsels employers and trains managers on a variety of employee relations and personnel-related issues including anti-discrimination; hiring, evaluating and disciplining/discharging employees; performance coaching and counseling; diversity and inclusion; implicit bias; drafting employee handbooks and employment agreements; non-compete and non-solicitation agreements; and wage and hour compliance. Additionally, Bobbi works with in-house counsel, human resources managers and executives on implementing proactive employee and labor relations practices to avoid unnecessary litigation and to develop and sustain a positive and productive team of employees.
Bobbi is a partner at Cozen O’Connor, serves as Co-Chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Black Attorney Resource Group, and she is an adjunct professor of law for the University of Pittsburgh School of Law’s Human Resources Law Online Graduate Certificate Program. Bobbi is also Vice Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Labor & Employment Section Council.
Bobbi received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and earned her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
Alan M. Pittler
Alan Pittler is a partner at Cozen O’Connor. He provides practical and insightful counsel to human resources managers, in-house attorneys and executives regarding employee relations and compliance issues. He also vigorously defends employers’ interests before courts, administrative agencies and labor arbitrators.
Alan is co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Education Industry Team, and he serves as an adjunct professor of law for the University of Pittsburgh School of Law’s Human Resources Law Online Graduate Certificate Program. He is also a frequent speaker on workplace legal issues, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, effective investigations, and developments under the patchwork of federal, state and local employment laws impacting the workplace.
Alan received his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
