Philly SHRM Webinar
US Military service members gain a wealth of skills during their service on the front lines both stateside and while deployed. Despite the knowledge that these skills can be valuable to private industry and the desire to hire veterans by many organizations, a gap still exists between what we want to do and what we actually do. Closing this gap requires training, partnership, empathy, and communication.
Attendees will leave with strategies to close this gap within their organizations in order to strengthen their military talent pipelines and increase their military hires to leverage the skills that veterans bring to the table, adding value to the organization’s bottom line.
