Emerging Leader Career Development Session
The Emerging Leaders Committee is excited to host their first in-person event in over two years focusing on the different paths one can take to land a career in Human Resources. You may join us for this event in-person at Villanova University or virtuall via Zoom.
This panel event will highlight the variety of ways to gain HR experience, whether in the classroom or out in the working world. We’ll also discuss the benefits and potential drawbacks of advancing your education by earning your Master’s or an HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) to help emerging leaders decide the best journey for them.
