She has created enterprise-wide solutions for various companies using a systems approach, grounded in thorough analysis and clear metrics. She has created and implemented HR strategies designed to attract, develop, and retain top talent including creating policies, processes and procedures, training, and development, recruiting and establishing practices to ensure legal compliance, all in support of business goals. She advises business leaders in the areas of change management, diversity and inclusion, performance improvement, strategic planning, and talent management to ensure sustainable results.
