Just as strong businesses consistently seek out new growth, so too do strong leaders. This exercise challenges HR professionals to reinvent how they individually and collectively create value. Self-awareness, the art of slowing yourself down to speed yourself up, introduces a mindset and set of leadership behaviors so HR leaders can use insights to prioritize, collaborate, and execute.
In this interactive, virtual workshop HR leaders will learn more about The Self-Aware Leader (SAL) model and how it applies to scaling leadership. Specific learning objectives include:
- Increase opportunities to drive more leadership value with proven practices in self-awareness.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by framing success as adoption, not implementation.
- Use your leadership voice to prompt more practical ways to upgrade prioritized growth levers.
The first 100 registrants will receive access to the SAL Self-Assessment with a 20-page development plan to complete in advance of the webinar. This module will be facilitated by Dan Gallagher, author of The Self-Aware Leader and the primary facilitator for our HR Lift Lab.
This learning experience is a stand-alone module and yet, it is also preview for those considering Philly SHRM’s 2025 HR Lift Lab. To learn more, click here to access the HR Lift Lab podcast or visit the Philly SHRM HR Lift Lab website. Registration is open until Friday, June 6.
