Partner event! Diversity and Inclusion: 3 Sessions

Join PWR and guest speaker Kim Cermak as we begin our three-part series on Diversity and Inclusion. We begin by discussing how to be more mindful and present, not only in the workplace but in everyday life.

We start by stopping what we are doing. We can then take a step back, and observe our own thought patterns and behavioral patterns that may or may not be serving us, or our communities. We can then align our thinking and behaviors with our goals. At that point we begin the work of allowing a new way of being in the world and the workplace that is more connected, more respectful, and more on purpose.

Kim’s proven methodology, STOP, OBSERVE, ALIGN, ALLOW, sets a tone of openness and stillness for the deeper work of expanding our environments so that employees feel respected and comfortable to bring their whole, authentic selves to work.

We are proud to be a SHRM Accredited organization, and offering 4.5 SHRM credits for all 3 sessions or 1.5 SHRM credits for each event in this series.
