Philly SHRM Webinar

We all know that the topic of benefits lacks excitement. For many employees, benefits is not at the top of their priority list until it is. The truth is, however, that total compensation plays an active role in attracting and retaining talent as well as in creating a positive employee experience with the organization. Having a comprehensive employee benefits package not only addresses healthcare needs, but also affords employees and their families peace of mind. The Philadelphia Eagles organization has been recognized by employees for the value of their benefits package — which is a true compliment, especially in the current environment. Learn more about life inside the Eagles organization and how their benefits and culture positively impact employee engagement.
